After some time away, I have come back to the design with fresh eyes, and I found that the bubbles on the left were really bothering me. Now that I have fixed them, I feel the overall look is much better. Now I am throwing it out to public opinion, what do you folks think? What changes need to be made to give this the best possible chance?

Any last minute input would be welcome, barring any serious suggestions for changes, I will submit this design this weekend for judging. I would like for it to have the best possible chance for success, so please, if you have any suggestions that would improve my chances I would be most grateful for the feedback.

I would like to see a larger view of the image to get a good feel for the details on this piece.

I really don't see any change in your first submission. But i dose look cool. Maybe instead of bubbles you could have some smaller jellyfish or have bubbles with smaller jelly fish. Hope this helps! Also i need some help on my design, please comment here

Higher quality image please, it seems too blurry. Don't submit it with this quality. Let us see some details alright? And you don't have to comment on my design :)

I know the image is a bit blurry, the problem is I can’t seem to reduce the image to the required size without that happening. I will try again to get a clearer image.

On a related note, can someone recommend a cheaper (i.e. free) alternative to adobe illustrator?
