You're on fire! A second print in only a few months. I expect to see a lot more from you.

Thank you so much! Im honored to be one the Alumni. Gosh! It's been a year to get recognition, but its all paid off! I must say this is all because of you guys! You guys ROCK!

What do you do for a living (besides designing tees)?

I draw a lot. Im doing illustrations for prints, walls & apparels! Its really FUN to see all of my artworks on different places, I mean everywhere! But trust me, i've never ever vandalizes on the streets. (:

If you didn't make artwork for a living, what would you want to be?

I just cant imagine what else i could do besides designing. I thought of being Clown/Joker but im not funny.

Honestly, I'd love to help peoples in needs. Doing something worthy for anyone, something like donations (only if im rich in future (: heh ). Maybe someday, if I'm really "well known", I'd love to do a design for charity! I would love to share 'HAHA' to the world. That's my ambition. (Don't laugh, i'm serious!)

What's the art scene like in Singapore?

Back in year 2000 when I used to be a hot guy in school (kidding) I could recognize an artwork from a local easily, but that's not true anymore. Things have changed tremendously recently with the help of our government pushing the youth to be creative & innovative and giving us the tool to do so. And it seems to work with lots of very good artits just as talented as what we usually see in more mature countries. Art events, art festivals are now being held more throughout the year. It's just getting better & better!

I see that besides working on the computer you do a lot of hand-drawn stuff, particularly large murals. Drawing that large is pretty difficult, isn't it? Do you feel extra proud of your work on such a large scale?

This is where I started :

And here's some of murals I did :

Honestly its been a pleasure to do murals on such a big scale! It's cooler than designing on PC. Yeah, if on PC, you can do a halftones in 5 seconds... It will take you 5 hours to do that on the walls.

Do I feel EXTRA PROUD? Nah, but I do feel EXTRA SMALL when I'm done with the murals. They're EXTRA HUGE! Haha!

Your "Superhero Threadlessers" garnered a lot of attention. I'm flattered to be included. I have to say, I think I look best as a cartoon. If you were a superhero, what would your name and superpowers be?

Awesome question!

Simple, my name would be "SUPERHAHA"! I'd love to have more than 1 power, which means I can be fire, wind, water, earth & heart! (Does it sounds like Captain Planet?)

If you had to fight either a shark or a lion with your bare hands, which one do you think would be the easiest to defeat?

NO WAY! I love animals, I will never ever fight with them! (...Maybe someday.) Gosh, I still love my hands . I'd rather keep them as my pets, haha!
But if I have to choose, it has to be a Lion... After all, Singapore means litteraly the 'Lion City'.

Thanks for chatting!
