I'm working on an illustration that I think would benefit from some subtle, watercolor-like color. What process do you guys use to achieve this look? Do you use 3rd party PS brushes etc?
So I just noticed the Skinny Stats. Does anyone utilize this in some way? What is "weighted" referring too? Is it meant to be a tool for designers to see what demographic they are or arent hitting, or something threadless actually uses to help choose designs?
So I just submitted a design that is scoring now
http://www.threadless.com/submission/377784/BEER_Lympics I made my own flash pages to see different parts of the design. Do you think that this overall hurts a design but having lazy people quickly score without actually interacting with the flash to get the full effect of the submission, or do you think overall it helps by letting more people get to see every aspect of a design?
So i've been seeing a lot of patterns submissions but I don't really see anything in the catalog that uses these designs. Where do they go, and are they often ever printed?

I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
