I just realised that I have been really passive here. Well I have been so busy working, freelancing and setting up my own design business with 2 of my mates. Having said that, I have not forgotten to be creative and draw aimlessly when I have a bit of free time during wee hours. I drew this Mika inspired artwork for my dear friend as a present. So much fun to illustrate without any time pressure and deadline. It inspires me to start drawing more again.

I recorded this. I was right there. Believe it or not, it all happens in less than 15 minutes. It was blue sky, to grey, then dark, strong wind, hail storm, flood etc

I posted the clip on youtube and it has attracted a lot of comments.

My friend is getting married in a few months and she is now in love with another guy. She has only seen this guy on web cam and have not met him physically. He is in Canada and she is in Malaysia. She thinks that they really click. The guy said all the right thing and and even offered her to bring her mum and live in Canada. She does not know what to do. She is getting more depressed and emotional, and irrational.

So ladies out there, any advice for her...

My friend is in NYC and LA and coming back to Melbourne this weekend. Is there anything cool , cheap and only available in USA, or NYC or LA so I can ask him to get for me.

Ok, I live in Australia and I obviously do not understand the USA system, so please educate me. After several shooting episodes, I thought it is obvious that USA should ban gun. Having a gun in Australia is illegal and I do not see the reason why I need one. Is USA so unsafe like some movies portray that you need to carry some weapon? I just curious to know.
