I decided to wear my The Internet t-shirt to work today and was instantly greeted with 'You really have the WHOLE internet on you shirt!'

now, i had just about parked my ass on my chair when this happened! I think it's great that others can identify with the designs as much as i do! it also lead to a long conversation which means I'm now far behind on my work... (hang on why am i posting here?! :S)

On another note, i feel like I've neglected threadless so much over the last few months. i used to score designs and read through the blogs almost daily, but i hardly get the chance to visit anymore (except Monday evenings to see what's new!) I haven't even submitted any new product photos, despite making a few purchases throughout the year, but i will be looking to rectify that situation by the weekend!

I will also hopefully get around to doing a few designs soon too. I've been doing lots of reading and i feel I've learned a lot in my time away from submitting designs to threadless and any future designs will hopefully be a big improvement on the rubbish I've previously submitted!

Also, what happened to the archived news?! I can only see November '05. I'm sure I was able to see further than that before, because I was reading about the average points after 100 votes being able to determine whether your submission went for the full 7 days or not, a few weeks ago. Unless it only came into effect in October?

Anyone know where the news has gone?! I want to read! (not like me I swear!)

Yet another post about favourite subs!

I really like the following two submissions.


I like this one because I like the clever word play, as well as the execution.


I like this one because this was me about 3 weeks ago, until I got a job! I'm sure if I was offered a tasty pizza, I'd still work for food! (mmmmm pizza)

Anybody else liking these two designs?

My first submission for the SXSW Interactive competition was rejected a few days ago for "not being related to the theme." I took that well and decided to work on something else instead. Maybe my idea wasn't clear?

I've been going through the submissions today and some of them have less to do with Interactivity than a bag of salt!

My idea is below and is extremeley simple. The shirt, if printed would be "interactive". The interactiveness of the shirt is "activated" by the choice of the buyer.



I know it's not amazing, but it was a quick crack at the comp.

Should I re-submit or does it really have nothing to do with interactivity?! Comments, suggestions and improvements appreciated!

I've just recieved an offer to join another company as a Junior Web Developer!

Really wasn't expecting to get the job, let alone a second interview or even the first one!

Oh, I can't wait to start... but first I have to tell my current employers!

I was lucky enough to get to the threadless store before a gazillian other people tried to do get access and made it unavailable to me for scoring the latest submissions and to look at other possible purchases I may make at a later date!

Anyway, I ordered 3 tees and I just cheked the progress of the order and they are ready to be shipped. YES!

I love my threadless tees. Bleeding heart was amazing and I expect the others to be the same. Can;t wait to recieve them. I've ordered:

  Who I am

I've seen so many comments for shirts printed on pink when scoring submissions. Am I the only guy that feels comfortable wearing pink?! Although the pink for some of the threadless submissions is a little too obnoxious.

Below is my highest scoring submission! My submissions haven't been the greatest and have recieved under 2 always. a few under 1! but this one will hopefully be a sign of better things to come!
