I went to the Domincan republic last week for the first time.
The Presidente and I had a week long love affair ;)



Is it only Florida that doesn't have these?
I must say I rarely travel...so maybe I'm just ignorant that these exist everywhere!

Opened up my package from my totally awesome & amazing Secret Santa last night.
It's like she knows me, man!

Anyone who can dip that many things in chocolate should be a friend...for life!!!
There were chocolate dipped twizzlers, chocolate covered skittles, chocolate covered chestnuts,
something called Christmas Crack...OMG, The crack!! so. f'ing. good.
and Smores cookies too!!! *drools*

...that is sad that their kid's summer vacay is over :(



I has the sads. Just look at her. Officially a 5th grader, looking like a 15 year old. My baby is all growned up....waaaahhhhhhhhhh.

I haven't been around much lately...life is busy. Good tho.
I was totally thinking I would have so much extra time once the kid was on
summer vacation. Boy was I mistaken. We've been going non stop since the
first of June!

I'm taking her to Islands of Adventure tomorrow. She's going to ride real roller coasters for the
very first time. I hope she doesn't chicken out...they pretty much only have big rides there,
and the tickets were pretty pricey!
I can't wait tho...and they have the Harry Potter thing there too...excite!
