If you do what design app do you use, and like the best? I'm looking for different design apps for vector and raster. From logo design, illustration typography to photo manipulation and everything in between. Also do they work good with a stylus pen?

I was thinking about trying to do one. Unfortunately I'm out of shape and I weigh about 270lbs. So doing one is something that even though is somewhat tangible its not going to be easy and I'm not sure if I can do it. I just need to something like this for motivation to feel like I've accomplished something in my life, plus at the weight I'm at I need to do it for health reasons.
