hi, this is great! hope you win... my only comment is that I think it would look more cool if only one eye was filled in... you know, because it's raining... and seems to fit the mood that the wish didn't come true yet.

You fill in one eye when you make a wish. Then, when your wish comes true, you fill in the other eye.
