i really love it.. but don't like the torch.. maybe get rid of the torch all together and have just the light coming from nowhere.. it distracts the eye in my opinion.. but i still give this 4

I really like the idea, but it would be even better with romolusIII's suggestion that you include the characters' shadows as well.

The problem with adding the shadows is they would impede pretty quickly on the hand shadows themselves. That's why I decided to leave it off.

I think the hand shadows are the message and if you had the character's shadows, the design would be cluttered. This looks handsome and easy to read.
